Referring a Patient or Client to Conway Behavioral Health Hospital
If you are treating or working with someone who can benefit from the services that we provide at Conway Behavioral Health Hospital, starting the referral process is as simple as making a phone call.
A member of our admissions team is available to speak with you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When you contact us, we will collect certain basic information that will allow us to begin to assess the individual’s appropriateness for our programming.
Following this phone call, our team can work directly with your patient/client and his or her family to arrange for an in-person assessment, confirm insurance coverage, and otherwise facilitate his or her admission into our program.
If at any point in this process we determine that your patient or client is not a good fit for Conway Behavioral Health Hospital, we will provide referrals to other treatment providers that may be more appropriate.
Working Together to Serve Your Patients or Clients
We place great emphasis on staffing our hospital with experienced professionals who not only possess superior clinical skills but also appreciate the value of effective communication and collaboration.
When you refer a client or patient to Conway Behavioral Health Hospital, you can expect to receive ongoing updates throughout your client’s or patient’s time in our care, once we have secured his or her authorization to do so. You can receive updates either by phone or via email at the frequency that you prefer.
Once the individual has achieved a level of stabilization that will allow him or her to once again fully engage in treatment with you, we can include a referral back to your practice in his or her discharge plan. At every step of the process, our goal is to work with you in order to best prepare your patient or client to achieve long-term success.
